We accept payment via Credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and as well as check or money order. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required before your project is started. Remainder of your balance will be due upon project completion, which is your website uploaded and published for your on line viewing.

We allow alterations in accordance to package details, during the mock-up process. Minor tweaks and revisions are accepted throughout the design process. Any revisions exceeding the maximum 15 minute allowance that do not fall under the initial package agreement are susceptible to accessorial charges.

A project projection for timeline completion will be noted on the initial invoice proposal, with both parties in accordance of cost completion date and timelines. Before the start of any project or revisions, all recommendations will be written and signed by both parties.

Estimated cost of the project is given based on the description and requirements listed within our “On Line Quote” form or by phone or interview. The initial estimated cost is subject to change, increase or decrease as the requirements throughout the project develop. Any additional cost will be written and signed by both parties.

We are not responsible for the images placed on your website. If you provide an image or photo for us, please let us know the source so that proper credit may be given. If you direct us to find an image for you, we will get your image from one of a number of royalty-free stock photography/illustration websites. Royalty free means it is not an exclusive image, and you understand that it is very likely that someone else using another designer may have the exact same image on their website. All images provided by you, the client, shall assume risk of liabilities, presupposed by you.

All Custom designs by Universal Global Green enterprises Custom Web Design are exclusively created for use by the clients who commissioned us, and may be used as the client so wishes, providing you, the client, only republish for personal, or company advertising benefits and may not resell for personal financial gain.

In the event when you as client decide to cancel the project after initial deposit has been received, we do not issue refunds due the intangible nature of our products. We are sorry, there are no exceptions.
